How can a woman who is said to own all of Jamaica's Burger King franchises, sue the Nation of Rastafari, The Nyahbinghi Order and the L P Howell Foundation and win?

It was disclosed at the last court hearing in Jan. that this mother with two sons sit as chairpersons to several named entities masked as corporations, trusts, businesses for profit and non-profit, have stake their claim and captured I IN I GIFTED land?

By which right have they to subdivide into Phases and sell for $1.5-3 million and higher for I IN I GIFTED land? Many families DWELL on that mountain. Descendants of the Howellites are still living there. Burger King Queen and Kings can't win, against Rastafari, it's a sin.

The next court date is scheduled for April 8, '08. Looking forward to witnessing the Royal Gathering as we DEFEND I IN I RIGHT to dwelling and planting sovereign on da land. Never in a million years will the enemy win. GOOD UP!!!! SEE YA IN DA LIGHT!!!

It is really nice to see the unity in trying to 'reclaim' a place that was never really owned. I would like to know to what end this struggle will yield benefit, and to who? Those that are pushing the movement of 'reclaimation' have in many cases never even gone to see the place that is being advocated for. I would suggests that rather than trying to fight with 'Babylon' and the Kings and Queens of Burger, a different approach be looked at. I would like to suggest that whilst this land lay waste in the late 1970's and 80's, and none of the current 'irits' and 'Sons of Gong' that are current so active in the struggle to 'reclaim' were even old enough....It was these 'Babylonians' that sought to make something of this sovereign land. Where were the warriors at that time to do the planting?
Now that others dwell there, including decendants of 'Gong' himself, (even though the last time I went there I did not see any), I would suggest that the warriors and the reclaimers, step aside and allow the Negotiators and those with more progressive intent to deal with this situation.
