It was 110 degrees out today!
I got dark QUICK. hahaha. But yeah, its definately going to be a hot summer.

I'm down here in Southern Cali, i'm in the LA area for the most part. Thats like the main, biggest city next to me. But i've spent my whole life in and out of LA, so basically this whole inland empire area/la county.

There are many forms of meditation, that relaxes the mind, For I man I just hold an internal vibes and focus on the things I would like to get done within the silence of I man self I block all negative feelings and allow the positive energy to flow
The blessing you ask for will come, some time suddenly, or some time when you least expect it, your friends will return, stay cool and calm, it will be ok
Get hold of a Nyah Binghi tape if you can and seal up some chanting
